Silver Study I

Arms lifted, hip turned, the figure caught between two positions rather than settled into one. The loosest brushwork in the drop meets the most negative space, so the silver gets room to do its own work, catching light differently depending on where you're standing. The largest piece in the set, and the most sure of itself. Acrylic on brushed silver-coated canvas.
