Shipping Policy – Updated for 2025

At By Cliodhna, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience while ensuring that your artwork and prints are handled with the utmost care. As a solo-run business, I personally oversee every step of the process to maintain the quality and craftsmanship my customers expect. To streamline operations and reduce delays, I have implemented the following updated shipping policy:

Packaging Process

• All artworks and prints are carefully packaged by hand to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
• Prints are protected in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in rigid, eco-friendly flat packaging or tubes, depending on size.
• Original artwork is secured with protective wrapping and reinforced packaging materials to safeguard against damage during transit.

Shipping Schedule

• Shipping Day: Orders are packaged and shipped every Wednesday.
• Order Cut-Off Times:
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on Tuesday will be shipped the following day (Wednesday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) on Tuesday will be processed and shipped on the next Wednesday.

Delivery Times

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Orders

• Please note that international shipping times may be longer due to customs processing. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
