We wanted to share how this all works with the launch of our brand new collection.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes! You will need to create a Partial.ly account, don't worry it is super easy!
Once you have chosen your plan you will be required to create an account or if you wish to create your customer account now to save time when purchasing your Artwork, you can do at https://partial.ly/register.
How do I get into my account?
You can log into your account at partial.ly/login.
Can I tailor my plan?
Depending on your payment plan, you will be able to tailor your installment schedule. Typically our installment plans run between 2-24months with a minimum down payment of £50.
My payment method was lost, stolen or cancelled. How can I add a new payment method?
To update your payment method, please log into your account and click the “Payment Methods” option on the menu at the top of the page and add a new payment method. Make sure you click ‘Use for all Payment Plans’ to make it your default card.
Does Partial.ly require a credit check?
No. Partial.ly does not require any credit checks to open a payment plan!
What payment methods does Partial.ly accept?
Partial.ly accepts all major credit and debit cards.
